At Wilfa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium home appliances; if you are not, you can return your unused items within 30 days for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in a resellable condition to qualify for a reimbursement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the appliance in its original box with all manuals and accessories included to ensure it reaches us safely.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
